This is quite worrying news which leaves both employers and employees feeling concerned if their skills and profession will be obsolete in the near future. This is where the importance of investing in training comes to light.

Although it is not possible to prepare your workers for every situation that may arise or problem they may face, it is possible to equip them with the confidence and problem-solving skills to be able to evaluate the best course of action.
