The goal in any business is to attract new customers and keep the old ones interested. Having content that attracts and engages while also being informative is the equation we all try to follow. Videos are taking over the net, and the majority of people are more willing to stop and watch a short video rather than read lengthy text. So, how do you conquer video marketing? What sort of content should you focus on in your videos? How can you create quality content without breaking the bank? Let us help you out!
Firstly, you’ll need to come up with a good idea for the topic of the video. How do you do this? Start by researching top-performing blog posts even your own. If you have a blog on your website, be sure to look into the web analytics and determine which blog posts have the most traffic and clicks. Also, look into which ones are shared the most. Once you’ve chosen a few these can be made into videos. You don’t need to focus on the whole blog post even taking a small section of it and using it as inspiration to make a video. Do look into your competition and the videos they share. This doesn’t mean you need to copy the whole video but use it to look into topics to work with. Using videos to demonstrate the use of your product or a teaser for an upcoming product is also a great way to entice customers. You could even interview an influencer that engages with your brand that your audience would like to see.
The main important point to focus on, no matter the industry you are in is quality. There are many videos out they and if your quality isn’t up to standards, it won’t be valued.
